GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION:
Restrictions can change at any time, please check back before the show for the most current information.
Party Between the Lines (PBTL) is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets. PBTL is not responsible for tickets sold on a 3rd party platform. No refund or exchanges on tickets for any reason including but not limited to failure of the performers(s) to appear, changes in performer(s) or cancellation due to inclement weather.
ALLOWED ITEMS:
These items are permitted at Party Between the Lines
• Photo Identification – you may be asked for your ID
• Tickets – Tickets may be printed or shown on a smart phone and will be scanned
• Clear, plastic bag no bigger than 12 x 6 x 12 (see Bag Policy for more information)
• Hats, Sunglasses, Sunscreen Lotion
• Cell Phone
• Ponchos & Rain Jackets (shows are rain or shine – see refund/exchange policy for additional information)
• Great attitudes and good times
BAG POLICY:
To expedite security and to increase the safety of our guests, the NCF has moved to a “No Bag/Clear Bag” Policy. The following “bags” are allowed:
• Clear Plastic or Clear Vinyl Bag or Clear PVC bag not to exceed 12” x 6” x 12” often referred to as a “Stadium Bag”
• A 1 gallon (or smaller) re-sealable, clear, plastic storage bag (Ziploc® is a popular brand)
• Small clutch bags not to exceed 6” x 6” with or without a handled or shoulder strap
• Bags that are not allowed include everything that is not listed above.
GATES OPEN/SHOW TIMES:
The gates open at 5:30 pm nightly. This is the time shown on your ticket. Artist performance times may be available closer to the show date
PROHIBITED ITEMS
• Weapons - This includes guns, guns with a valid Concealed Carry Permit, knives (including pocket knives and multi-tools), mace, pepper spray and anything else that may be deemed a weapon by security personnel or performing artists Security Directors
• Explosives
• Outside Alcohol – Beer, wine and spirits are available for purchase inside Turtle Creek Stadium
• Cooler
• Bags that do not conform with the “No Bag/Clear Bag” Policy (See Bag Policy)
• Chains, Chain wallets & Spiked Jewelry
• Chairs – Folding Chairs or Camp Chairs
Drones
Outside Food & Drink
• Cameras
No audio/video recording devices
• Pets
• Cigarettes, E- Cigarettes & Cigars
• Illegal substances
• Aerosol Cans
• Blankets
• Towels
• Umbrellas
• Any item deemed unsafe by security personnel or required contractually by the artist
• Additional items may be prohibited as contractually required by the performing artists, without prior notice
• Prohibited items discovered during the security inspections must either be returned to the owner’s vehicle or discarded: Items will NOT be held for later pick up. We do not have a coat or property check area for personal items.

When arriving to the Turtle Creek Stadium please take note of exit locations. If you see something suspicious, please notify Venue Security, an usher, or Crowd Control Person.
What type of seating is offered for the concert?
Party Between the Lines offers several types of seating:
Premium Pit General Admission – Providing the ultimate concert experience, Premium Pit General Admission tickets get you up close and personal as possible to the stage. Partying Between the Lines in this section is Standing Room Only.
Field General Admission – The biggest party is in the Field General Admission Section. In this standing room only section enjoy the show from the ground level
Reserved Seating – Looking for a more relaxed way to party? Experience the show from the reserved stadium seats. These seats are assigned by section, row, and seat.
Table Seating – Be the King or Queen you are and purchase this package that includes a seat at the table and table service. All four seats at the table must be purchased.
Suite Seating – For the VIP experience purchase a suite! Small and large suites are available. Each suite includes a private bathroom, access to a suite-only bar, and serving staff to take care of you and your party. For information on suites, please call 231-947-4230.
Can you tell me more about the venue?
Turtle Creek Stadium is a multi-use entertainment venue that houses Northwood League’s Traverse City Pit Spitters. It is in Blair Township in Grand Traverse County just south of Traverse City off of US 31/M 37.
Where do I park?
Paid parking is available at Turtle Creek Stadium. Parking is cash only and $10 for vehicles and $20 for busses and RVs. There is NO overnight parking
